Composition to create new animation

Select desired preset, which will determine the quality and format of your animation. also includes frames per second settings
Adjust pixels to desired size
Duration determines length of animation
Adjust background colour to suit the animation format
















Working with solids for this animation by adding new layers, composition boxes must be selected, not project.












Move the time bar to move through seconds in the animation



Adjust the red bars to determine the duration of a certain image in the animation






Lower the resolution to get a complex animation back in real time




To see the properties of each individual layers, select the dropdown arrows 


Through these adjustments you can change the rotation, position, anchor point etc.

Anchor point is the centre of rotation


This allows a different way of animating this image.
Hovering over the symbols next to titles shows the description



Move time bar to select what second you wish the animation to begin


Select stop watch to select the start point of positioning



Diamond marker will appear at beginning and end point.
Line appears between the start and end point, called a Motion Path











To make a curved path for your animation



Select Vertex tool within the Pen tool






Select the diamond between two arrows to add key frames in the projection path of your object



When working with multiple layers, select drop down arrows to individually manipulate the action of each layer
