Anna's Profession
Anna Keres, the main character in this chapter of my comic is a stripper. The opening shots are going to be of her going to her place of employment. In my sketchbook I did a lot of research on the way pole dancers move and on strip clubs in general, seeing as I've never been to one and I haven't seen them in real life, just movies. Anna is unhappy with her job and is trying to make the whole experience a bit less miserable, she does more of an aerial ballet show, which does not go well with her employer "the Boss." Below are some examples of the images I developed for research.
I have had to cut down on the number of pages I will be illustrating because i completely underestimated the amount of work that has to go into making a comic, along with balancing all other projects I have on at the time being. I want to at least produce a few high quality pages rather than a whole lot more that are rushed.
